Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ricky Montgomery pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
